HOW I DO IT: I draw on 12 years of experience as a personal trainer, Crossfit coach and StrongFirst kettlebell instructor to detect weaknesses and dysfunctional movement patterns in individuals. I then reprogram those movements, teaching the required motor skills and prescribing a custom practice that reinforces and strengthens that movement.

WHY IT WORKS: Most chronic joint pain can be eliminated or significantly reduced by directly addressing muscle imbalance and weakness. Strength is a skill. And like any skill, it can be learned.
